Charm++ parallel programming system

We don't distribute any IDE for Charm++ yet. Most people appear to program 
using regular editors in the Linux environment. 

We do have a project to develop an Eclipse plugin for Charm++ and its 
associated tools, and an experimental plugin for it. But that's not ready for 
distribution/use.
