Hello Bonan,

I remember that you had e-mailed earlier saying that you require communication 
graph for Charm++ applications? Is this work for developing graph partitioners or
load balancers?

If you give us some more details, we can probably help you better with your efforts.

Hi,

 This is because NAMD code does not need to instrument communication
explicitly. The communication pattern in NAMD can be derived from how
Patches and Computes are mapped to processors.
