Hi
I'm researching topology-aware process mapping for parallel programs and am interested in details regarding the RTS load balancer when executing programs on Gemini interconnects.
Do you require program execution to be on structured subsets of the system? With that I mean that computational nodes are used that form a mesh or tori.
If not, how do you estimate distance between nodes within the network?
