Hi.

This is the mailing list for the Charm++ parallel programming system (http://charmplusplus.org/). Based on your question, I expect you'd get much more useful answers from the CHARMM MD package forums (http://www.charmm.org/ubbthreads/) or the NAMD users mailing list (http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/namd/mailing_list/). In either case, please follow their guidelines when posting to those venues.

Thanks,

Phil

Hello ,everyone!

I want to do phosphorylation to our protein through VMD. Our protein has Aspartate, which need to be phosphorylate.for that there is no force field to use, so any one of your friend can make a force filed for it ? let me tell you, there is a force field which is used for such phosphorylation.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwDYAcdc6ZQ

BUT that force field is only to phosphorylate Seriene in protein not Aspartate.

Thank you very much!
