I know of an AMR code here ( http://charm.cs.illinois.edu/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=benchmarks/amr.git;a=summary ) but I don't know if this is the one you are looking for.

Hi folks,

In Acun et al "Parallel Programming with Migratable Objects: Charm++ in Practice [SC 2014]" AMR3D, for tree-based structured AMR, is discussed.

Is the source code for AMR3D open or available as a library?

Thanks,
Jozsef
