Thanks for your valuable suggestions. Is NAMD 2.10 is compatible with power series and it is the cluster with 5 power nodes with master node.  I want to build it work in parellel. I have GPFS files system sand IBM LSF.

And do you really want to use the MPI build for a specific reason?
I think you could pick a direct build, such as net-linux-ppc (depending on what your network is).

Please try building without the GCC option. An MPI build should be built with mpicc/mpicxx, which charm's scripts will do by default.

If that doesn't turn out to solve your problem, please note the message about detailed output in the file charmconfig.out - either see if that guides the solution or attach a copy of it in your next mail to the list.
