Hi, Mohamed.

We developed SNoW and FEX mainly using Red Hat linux. Current system specs
are:

Linux version 2.6.18-164.15.1.el5
(mockbuild AT builder10.centos.org)
(gcc version 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-46))

We have also compiled and run these under Cygwin.

These days, our group mainly prefers to use LBJ:

-- this package integrates the functionality of SNoW and FEX in a
clearer, more flexible framework.

Regards,

Mark
