The build.xml file is not set up to do a full install of the php client. But
the files that show as missing in your example below can be found here:

Hi Mark,

I've been busy with other things for the past few weeks, but now I'd
like to start using the PHP interface to Curator. Any insight as to
why the current setup isn't working?
