Hi, Deepa.

We do not presently support use of Wikifier in a Windows environment.  You will need access to a system running Linux.  The software has been developed and tested on CENTOS/Scientific Linux.

If you do not have access to a machine running a Linux OS, you can try VirtualBox, which allows you to create and run a Virtual Machine that runs Linux, and which you can run on a Windows machine.

Bear in mind that the Wikifier requires a significant amount of memory to run -- 8G should be enough.

Regards,

Mark

Great. Please take a look at the script 'scripts/plaintextannotate-linux.sh' -- please try the commands there.  These build the classpath explicitly and should be more foolproof than the version in the README.

Let me know if this solves your problem.

Mark
