I tried labeling rules like [latex(\label{rule_name})] and then referring to it by \ref{rule_name}. But it didn't work.

Hello,Is there a way to number the rules so that they can be referenced easily? I need the numbers to make it into the generated tex file. So instead of saying just "RULE", it would say "RULE #5" for example depending on its place in the file.
