Dear pattern enthusiast,

VikingPLoP 2016 is calling for shepherds. There are quite many papers to choose from, so odds are there is also a paper benefiting from your expertise. The paper topics include among others:

- Education, learning

- Startups, software business

- Safety systems

- Software development process, refactoring, integration

- Software architecture

- Cloud computing

- Creativity

Do you need more assurance? The benefits for becoming a shepherd are numerous:

- Glory and fame: The names of the shepherds will be announced on the conference website and other appropriate media, such as conference handouts.

- Praise: All the shepherds will be given massive applauses during last night of the conference.

- The joy of doing good: Without shepherds the papers do not reach their full potential before the writers’ workshops. By becoming a shepherd you can help the author and make the VikingPLoP 2016 happen.
