I’m writing you this email to announce ScrumPlop Amsterdam.

Goal of the conference:
Extend the community more broadly & explore possible new areas (PO patterns, Enterprise Scrum patterns, etc.). We’re opening up for new blood this year for the first time in many years.

Dates: March 27 - 29 2020

March 24-25
“A Scrum Book” Pattern class

AGENDA:
March 26 morning
Bootcamp for PLoP newcomers, at their volition

March 26 afternoon
Start conference, mainly socialising, plus example Writers Workshop

March 27 - 28
Writers Workshops
(NO writing workshops. If your proposal is not accepted by the conference you can still attend, but you'll be a fly on the wall during Writers Workshops)
- Writers Workshops for accepted proposals by shepards.
- Strong facilitation of workshops required because of all the new folks.
- Patterns in Alexandrian form.

Open Space on Sequences ( Experience Workshops )
- Talk/Workshop/Experiences reports on usage of patterns sequences.
- Strong OpenSpace facilitator

March 29 morning
Breakfast and goodbyes

GENERAL STUFF:
- Accepted patterns are published on the website. Potentially these patterns will be part of a new book; it will be up to ScrumPlop initial members to decide.

The conference is currently limited to 25 attendees. Presenters of accepted patterns will have priority.

See http://scrumplop.org.

Thanks,
Jim Coplien for Cesario Ramos, Chair (scrumtulipplop AT scrumplop.org)
