If I remember correctly, there used to be an option to provide an install location to the build script. I cannot find it anymore. Is it still possible to provide an installation location?

Also, I see a --destination option which doesn't quite work. When I provide a location, it does not create a tmp automatically and complains that it doesn't exist.
