Hi Liu,

 

We stopped maintaining BigNetSim several years ago. Instead, I would suggest looking at TraceR (https://github.com/LLNL/tracer) for a modern alternative with support for BigSim and Charm++. However, if you have to use BigNetSim for whatever reason, let me know and we’ll try to see what’s going on.

I am trying compiling your good and powerful simulator recently. But it is a pity that I have trouble doing that when I follow your official documents 'http://charm.cs.illinois.edu/manuals/html/bignetsim/manual.html' in section 1.2.

I've solved some small problems，such as '/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lmodulecommlib','/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lz','fatal error: pose.decl.h: No such file or directory'.But after that I am still failed.The detailed error information as follows

the version of zlib what I use is zlib 1.2.11.I am very appreciate it if you could give me the correct compile/build commands or other help.
