Charm++ parallel programming system

For NAMD we use these modules:

module swap PrgEnv-cray PrgEnv-gnu
module load rca
module load craype-hugepages8M

And these sets of options:

gemini_gni-crayxe hugepages persistent

gemini_gni-crayxe hugepages persistent smp
